Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a talented and innovative Senior Specialist - Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging graphics that effectively communicate our brand identity and support various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Design promotional materials, presentations, reports, and other company collateral with a focus on exceeding brand standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the company's visual communication strategy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to deadlines and high-quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and actively contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare and present design concepts for approval to stakeholders while incorporating feedback to finalize designs.
- Ensure consistency in all designs through adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a breadth of design projects, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of digital design and marketing principles is a plus.
