Nasoft is hiring for MindHux, a tech solutions provider specializing in digital transformation and innovation. We deliver cutting-edge technology services to enhance business efficiency and scalability.We’re looking for a Product Manager who can turn ideas into impactful digital products. You will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of new product ideas, validating them with users, and working cross-functionally with design and development teams to bring them to life. You’ll own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with founders/stakeholders to translate ideas into product visions and roadmaps
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to validate product direction
• Define and prioritize product features and user stories (MVP and iterative releases)
• Build and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers to define intuitive user experiences
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate accordingly
• Communicate progress and insights with stakeholders and decision-makers
• Balance technical constraints, business goals, and user needs

متطلبات الوظيفة
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 3- 5 yrs of Experience as a Product Owner
• Strong experience in product discovery and roadmap planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to turn abstract ideas into structured features and requirements
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or Click Up for task and roadmap tracking
• Experience writing clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Basic understanding of UX principles and software development cycles
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and make data-informed decisions
• Experience in early-stage startups or tech-enabled products
• Technical background or experience working with developers and APIs
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative product delivery
• Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Mix panel, GA, Amplitude)
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action
• User-focused, with empathy and curiosity for how people interact with products
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and defining structure from scratch
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
