Role Overview:
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will act as a strategic partner, bringing clarity, leverage, and execution support to maximize the CEO’s impact across the company. This role demands high levels of discretion, ownership, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, helping prioritize and manage time, focus, and key decisions.
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across departments, ensuring the CEO is kept informed on business-critical updates.
- Prepare briefing materials, executive presentations, reports, and talking points for internal and external engagements.
- Own the agenda, logistics, and follow-ups for board and leadership meetings and one-on-ones with the CEO.
- Ensure decisions, action items, and strategic initiatives don’t fall through the cracks
- Conduct research, analysis, and business reviews to support decision-making.
- Represent the CEO in meetings when needed, ensuring continuity of communication and action.
- Drive critical, cross-functional projects that require CEO visibility but not day-to-day involvement
- Monitor progress of company OKRs and ensure accountability across leadership teams.
- Maintain systems of accountability for follow-through on CEO decisions
- Identify blockers, define success, and push initiatives forward independently
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to foster collaboration and clarity.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
