As a key player in the entertainment and leisure sector, Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a skilled Manager - Integration & Interfaces to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the integration and interface of various systems across the organization, driving efficiency and ensuring seamless data flow between platforms. You will collaborate with different departments and technical teams to deliver integration solutions that enhance our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in team management for large scale integration projects with a digital capability. Managing Google integration product suite is a Plus.

• Proven experience in successfully delivering integration solutions with any well-established API Management / iPaaS platform.

• Experience in Entertainment and Theme Parks industry is a plus.

• Strong understanding of IT operations & technology trends.

• Prior experience in the application delivery lifecycle functions for the applications ecosystem from ideation through planning, design, development, testing and rollout phases under different SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.), development of process workflows with integration.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with strong customer service orientation: This role will constantly be communicating concerns, changes, processes, and explanations across a wide spectrum of stakeholders and users.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex systems.

• Oversee the deployment of IT solutions within API Management and core integration platform areas, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with business requirements.

• Guide discussions with key technical bodies (e.g., Design Authority, Centers of Excellence) to take critical design decisions and enhance IT principles and standards.

• Steer execution, adoption and quality of delivery for integration capabilities, in collaboration with internal resources guiding operative delivery initiatives and delivery partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems integration, application management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in working with integration tools and middleware solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
