As a Travel Ambassador, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service for VVIP clients and representing FlyAkeed. You will assist travelers with their bookings, provide them with travel recommendations, and ensure their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Create and manage travel itineraries that align with company policies, traveler preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services using global distribution systems (GDS) and other industry tools.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and amenities for corporate clients.
  • Ensure all bookings comply with travel policies, expense caps, and preferred vendor agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, building strong relationships with travel managers, executives, and employees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, accurate, and personalized communication via phone, email, and in-person requests.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their travel experience.
  • Manage and resolve travel-related issues, such as flight cancellations, delays, and hotel problems, with minimal disruption to travelers.
  • Represent FlyAkeed with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
  • Understand and promote the agency's services, values, and unique selling points to clients and prospects.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the agency's reputation and build brand loyalty through exceptional client service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings, transactions, and client communications.
  • Prepare and analyse expense reports, ensuring adherence to budgets and travel policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, destination information, and regulatory requirements

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate travel agent or in a similar role.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Passion for travel and dedication to creating exceptional travel experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using GDS systems and online booking tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, cultures, and customs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
