Qiddiya Investment Company is on a mission to redefine the future of entertainment and tourism in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an accomplished Director - Information to lead our data-driven initiatives. This role is critical in managing the flow of information across projects and ensuring that our strategies are supported by reliable and actionable insights.
Role Summary:
The Director - Information will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive information management strategy that supports business objectives, enhances decision-making capabilities, and drives operational excellence across our mega-project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement an information governance framework that encompasses data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Lead the development and maintenance of data management systems, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify information needs and ensure that insights are delivered timely and effectively.
- Oversee the integration of advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to enhance data-driven decision making.
- Champion data literacy and culture within the organization to empower employees at all levels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to leverage innovation in information management practices.
- Manage relationships with external data vendors and partners to optimize information resources.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in information management, data governance, or related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective information management strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and simply.
