Ontime Group is seeking a multilingual and engaging Receptionist for our Wellness/Clinic Center. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and European languages, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our diverse clientele, enhancing their overall experience at our center.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the center's calendar efficiently
- Provide information about wellness services and assist clients with their inquiries
- Facilitate the check-in process, ensuring completion of necessary documentation
- Keep the reception area and waiting rooms tidy and inviting
- Handle payment processing and assist with billing inquiries
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless workflow and excellent patient care
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
