As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll own the full hiring cycle—from sourcing through onboarding—for business, technical, and operations roles. A typical day might include:
- Meeting hiring managers to fine-tune role requirements.
- Proactively sourcing talent on LinkedIn and niche platforms.
- Running screening calls that feel like conversations, not interrogations.
- Coordinating panel interviews and keeping every candidate in the loop.
- Auditing our ATS and iterating on processes so we scale smoothly.
- Representing the company at career fairs and networking events.

Experience
- Internship, co-op, or entry-level role in Talent Acquisition / HR (up to 3 years total experience).
- Skills
- Clear, confident verbal & written communication.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; ATS experience is a plus.
