Sourcing:
- Create and post job postings on different portals
- Attract and approach potential candidates through professional social media groups and events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create a pipeline for future staffing needs
- Participate in employment fairs and recruitment events
- Obtain a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Suggest new hiring channels for blue collars
- Identify potential contractors through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess contractor productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, Farm and Sadat management, and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Screening, Interview & Selection:
- Conduct phone screening and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific blue-collar roles.
Onboarding & Reporting:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new contractors, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations in cooperation with the admin department
