Sourcing:

  • Create and post job postings on different portals
  • Attract and approach potential candidates through professional social media groups and events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create a pipeline for future staffing needs
  • Participate in employment fairs and recruitment events
  • Obtain a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Suggest new hiring channels for blue collars
  • Identify potential contractors through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess contractor productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, Farm and Sadat management, and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

Screening, Interview & Selection:

  • Conduct phone screening and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific blue-collar roles.

Onboarding & Reporting:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new contractors, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations in cooperation with the admin department
  • Prepare and administer contracts, work orders, and other documentation related to contractor engagements.
  • Track recruitment factors including hiring time, working time, and hiring source

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or related field.
  • Experience from 2 to 4 years as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in Blue Collars is a Must.
  • Previous experience in industrial sector, agriculture or blue collars mass hiring is preferred.
  • Practical experience with the largest recruitment sites.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media platform such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Building strong relationships with contractors and outsourcing channels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-worker, organized and result-oriented.
  • Flexibility to travel in business trips for business needs.
