Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Project Director - Roads, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure in one of the most ambitious entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia. In this capacity, you will lead projects focused on road development and ensure that the infrastructure components are delivered effectively, safely, and on schedule to support our dynamic vision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the planning, design, and construction phases of road development projects within the Qiddiya project area.
- Ensure that all road infrastructure projects are completed in accordance with planning regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams to foster collaboration and ensure project alignment.
- Monitor and assess project performance, addressing potential issues proactively to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Manage procurement processes, including the evaluation and selection of contractors for road construction projects.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and project managers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates to keep the leadership team informed of progress and challenges.
- Champion safety protocols across all site operations and ensure compliance with local regulations regarding construction activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector, specifically in roads and highways.
- Proven experience managing large-scale road construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction engineering principles, relevant regulations, and standards.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools to assist in a wide range of project-related activities.
- Experience with risk management and the ability to adapt to changing project conditions.
