Role Overview
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Product Officer will lead Coin Factory’s global product vision, overseeing the development and lifecycle of our token portfolio and blockchain solutions. You’ll define the roadmap for products like GMAAS, CoinLoan, and RankingGame, ensuring they meet the needs of crypto enthusiasts, gamers, and institutional clients while driving revenue and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for Coin Factory’s token portfolio (e.g., MGC, RZUSD, RealEstate) and solutions like GMAAS, CoinLoan, and RankingGame.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch market-leading blockchain products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in DeFi, gaming, and tokenization, translating insights into product features.
- Collaborate with CTO to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product offerings.
- Partner with CMO and sales teams to align product positioning with go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee product performance metrics, using data to optimize user experience and adoption.
- Ensure products comply with global crypto regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, with 3+ years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech.
- Proven track record of launching products generating $10M+ in revenue or user adoption.
- Deep knowledge of tokenomics, DeFi, and blockchain gaming ecosystems (e.g., play-to-earn, metaverse).
- Experience leading product teams in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and user-centric design.
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills; ability to align product and business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
