Ontime Group is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated General Nurse with a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care across various clinical settings, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all patients. You will play a crucial role in delivering nursing services that adhere to clinical best practices and health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document relevant medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Educate patients on health management, wellness, and disease prevention strategies
- Monitor and record patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures in the clinical environment
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families
