Job Overview:

We are looking for a SaaS Growth Acquisition Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the GCC market. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and converting potential business customers into long-term SaaS clients. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who understands the dynamics of B2B sales in the tech and SaaS space, particularly in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Acquire: Identify and target mid-market and enterprise leads across the GCC region using outbound sales techniques (email, calls, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet acquisition goals.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to client needs and use cases.
  • Market Research: Continuously analyze trends, competitors, and client behavior in the GCC SaaS space to adjust outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaign goals and customer feedback.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications via CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Revenue Growth: Focus on acquiring high-value clients that contribute to scalable and sustainable revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or growth acquisition (GCC market exposure is a must).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation (cold outreach, sales automation tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Driven, resourceful, and growth-focused mindset.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
