Financial Planning and Analysis

Salla is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic financial insights that drive business decisions and ensure our continued success in the competitive e-commerce market.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing financial planning processes, analyzing key performance indicators, and ultimately guiding our financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

• Analyze and report on financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and making recommendations to senior management.
• Develop detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments to inform financial planning.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to build comprehensive budgets and monitor performance against those budgets.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

3. Reporting:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

4. Strategic Support:

• Work closely with the executive team to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to provide financial insights and forecasts.
