Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Specialist in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall maintenance and operational activities of our facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in implementing O&M best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of O&M strategies and plans for facility management.
- Assist in coordinating daily operations activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Monitor the performance of maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed according to scheduled timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to facilitate repairs and upgrades of systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance-related expenditures.
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated with industry standards and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
