As a Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee complex construction projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will guide multidisciplinary teams and drive project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all construction activities for assigned projects, from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead on-site teams, providing direction and support while promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Foster collaboration among architects, consultants, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Implement best practices in construction management and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and drive project results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Experience in the Middle East construction market is a plus.
