Madar is looking for a detailed and results-driven Pre-Sales Technical professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the technical expert during the pre-sales process, working closely with our sales team and potential clients to understand their needs and propose effective solutions tailored to our innovative services and products.

You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase Madar's value proposition. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical details and customer needs will be crucial in driving the sales process forward and achieving the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Design solutions that meet client needs and align with our product offerings.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
  • Conduct product trials, proof of concepts (POCs), and pilot projects.
  • Liaise with internal technical teams to ensure feasibility and integration of proposed solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Support account managers in strategic meetings with clients and partners.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or solutions engineering role, preferably within a technology company.
  • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain strategies, or CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product development, and management teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and potential impacts on Madar's offerings.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and presentations as required.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
