We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance team as an Account Payable - Commercial and Reporting specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, as well as providing comprehensive reporting related to commercial operations. Your financial expertise will support our commitment to operational excellence and financial transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Prepare and review reports related to commercial activities, providing insights into spending trends and vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and resolve any discrepancies regarding invoices and payments.
  • Maintain and update vendor records and information within the accounting system.
  • Contribute to the monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and assist in month-end financial closing activities.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support budget planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely payment processing while optimizing cash flow and managing payment terms with vendors.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and developments in financial regulations as they pertain to accounts payable operations.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
