CCDS is seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect Consultant specifically for the Government Sector. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise architecture to support government clients in Saudi Arabia in their digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with various government entities to design and implement enterprise architecture strategies that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
As an Enterprise Architect Consultant, you will provide insights on best practices and frameworks that align with Saudi regulations and initiatives, ensuring that technology investments lead to tangible benefits for public sector organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise architecture frameworks customized for government Sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with government leader to define strategic objectives and gather architecture requirements.
- Analyze current government processes and recommend innovations for improvement and modernization.
- Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with government policies, digital transformation goals, and national priorities.
- Provide guidance in the adoption of emerging technologies that can enhance government operations.
- Conduct architecture assessments and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate government teams on enterprise architecture best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government partners and stakeholders.

- Arabic Native is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, particularly in the government sector.
- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian government processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies.
- Experience with modern government initiatives and digital transformation projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
