As the Associate Director – Infrastructure at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will be instrumental in driving the infrastructure vision of one of the most exciting cultural and entertainment projects in the region. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee complex infrastructure developments, champion best practices, and ensure delivery aligned with our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of essential infrastructure projects, including transportation networks, utility systems, and technology integration.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project delivery that meets defined timelines and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new techniques and processes that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish and enforce infrastructure policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
