Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions with various stakeholders to determine project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines that outline phases, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Manage project resources effectively, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities among team members.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and offer solutions to expedite progress.
- Monitor project implementation to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout each phase.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- PMP or similar certification is highly desired.
