In this role, you will drive the design strategy across a variety of projects, ensuring that our vision for exceptional experiences is brought to life through cutting-edge design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design development process for multiple projects, from initial concepts to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on design objectives and project goals.
• Establish design standards and guidelines that reflect the quality and vision of Qiddiya.
• Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and project specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring designs are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, mentoring team members and encouraging innovative thinking.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into project work.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project vision and outcomes.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to optimize the design process.
