Egypt Education Platform is looking for a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead one of our new British Schools, guiding our academic community and promoting excellence in education. The ideal candidate will offer visionary leadership and establish a supportive, nurturing atmosphere that encourages student achievement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the school’s strategic vision, mission, and educational programs in alignment with the British curriculum.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including academic programs, school culture, staffing, and finances.
- Foster a collaborative environment among teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
- Oversee curricular and extracurricular programs while ensuring a high-quality learning environment.
- Ensure the effective use of school resources and maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Engage actively with the school community, building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in education; master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership, or related field preferred.
- A valid educational leadership certification or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably as a principal or assistant principal in a British school.
- Demonstrated experience with curriculum development, staff training, and student performance assessment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on student-centered practices.
- Experience in managing school budgets and resources effectively.
