We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT consulting, IT services, or recruitment, with a strong ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the IT services, consulting, and recruitment domain.
- Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, job portals, and networking.
- Pitch company services (IT staffing, project-based IT services, or consulting) to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful placements or service delivery.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales pipeline and client status.
