About Us & The Mission
Chainlabs is part of Lunar Rails, an infrastructure company in the blockchain compliance and payments space. We’ve built a valuable stack of on-chain entity labeling, clustering, and risk detection technology — powering clients like Coinbase and Chainalysis.
Now, we're going further. Leveraging our engineering and data capabilities, we’re incubating a new line of products in blockchain compliance and analytics. These initiatives explore opportunities at the intersection of LLMs, financial crime prevention, and on-chain investigations.
You will be at the forefront of this effort — leading the early-stage development of these products, identifying market pain points, validating product-market fit, and rapidly prototyping solutions. This is a hands-on, founder-style role that blends product ownership, business development, and strategic leadership.
You won’t just plan — you’ll execute, test, and iterate like a founder.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product discovery: user interviews, market research, competitive analysis.
- Define and prioritise MVP features based on real user needs and rapid validation cycles.
- Coordinate engineering teams to build and iterate on prototypes and first production versions.
- Drive market testing, organise early pilots, and secure first customers or strong prospects.
- Post-launch: own product strategy, sales development, and operational leadership as acting CEO of the spin-off.
- Set success metrics, report to leadership, and guide future investment and company-building decision

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Proven experience launching or building early-stage products (0→1).
- Strong comfort with user interviews, product discovery, and lean validation.
- Experience working with technical teams (API products, SaaS, or data analytics preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, resourceful, biased toward action.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to blockchain compliance, Regtech, or crypto investigations.
- Familiarity with tools like Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM, or Dune Analytics
- Past founder or founding team experience, even if the startup failed
- A strong interest in working with engineers on LLM products
