WHERE YOU FIT IN | We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and relocation to offboarding. This role will handle day-to-day HR administration, employee queries, visa and work permit processes, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will also assist with recruitment coordination, HR projects, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support operational excellence. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE |  

  • Coordinate the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including relocation logistics, orientation sessions, intranet onboarding, and training schedule coordination. 
  • Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR administration. 
  • Manage the full lifecycle of visa and work permit processes, ensuring timely issuance, renewal, maintenance, and cancellation through relevant portals and PRO services, as applicable. 
  • Provide support on HR projects, cyclical processes, and organizational initiatives such as performance review cycles. 
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, monitoring candidate assessments, and handling candidate communications. 
  • Administer tasks related to the corporate medical insurance plan, including employee enrollment and updates. 
  • Draft and prepare HR documentation, including employment and consulting contracts, salary certificates, letters of confirmation, promotions, and NOCs. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in collaboration with the HR Analyst. 
  • Monitor and track employee leave requests, ensuring timely follow-up and oversight of public holiday calendars and announcements. 
  • Conduct employee reference checks, track responses, and escalate any concerns as necessary. 
  • Coordinate a seamless and compliant employee offboarding process. 
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Support the planning and execution of HR-related events and internal initiatives. 
  • Ensure all HR administrative activities are executed in strict compliance with applicable local labor laws and regulations. 
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all HR matters.
