Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and analytical Manager - Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this critical role, you will act as a bridge between the finance department and business operations, providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and support our organizational goals.
As the Manager of Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring that financial objectives align with business initiatives. Your ability to interpret data and present it effectively will empower teams to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends to drive improvement and inform future strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models and presentations for senior management review.
- Support operational teams in understanding financial implications of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance financial processes and systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis with an emphasis on business partnering.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various functions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
