Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listings & Optimization: Manage, update, and maintain accurate product listings across leading e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, Noon, Jumia), ensuring all titles, descriptions, images, and pricing are optimized for SEO and high conversion rates.
- Campaign & Promotion Management: Coordinate and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and discount strategies to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination: Monitor inventory levels in real-time, collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Engagement: Manage and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly, maintaining high service standards and brand reputation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
