A top insurance company in KSA is hiring a position through the outsourcing firm Octopus by RTG. The role is for a limited term until January 2026. After that, based on performance, the individual may be hired directly by a sister company of the partner organization.
Role Purpose:
To ensure high-performance delivery within the Digital Hub's Flutter team by leading agile practices, enforcing Tawuniya's SDLC, and fostering a culture of communication, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in managing capacity, enhancing internal processes, and supporting the Director of Digital Services and Partner Channels in KPI tracking and delivery reporting.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Agile Facilitation & Process Leadership:
- Act as a Scrum process advocate, ensuring full compliance with Tawuniya's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across all Customer Flutter initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate daily standups to capture updates, handle blockers and align on Flutter team tasks
- Lead regular retrospective sessions to capture team learnings and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Proactively remove blockers by escalating issues to the Director of Digital Services and Partner Channels and coordinating resolutions across teams.
Team Enablement & Capacity Management:
- Build and maintain a collaborative team culture that emphasizes ownership, accountability, and team morale.
- Conduct 1:1s with Flutter team members to address performance, morale, and non-technical blockers.
- Plan and manage Flutter team's internal capacity, aligning with project priorities to ensure effective task allocation and optimal utilization.
- Ensure proper onboarding of new team members and ensure knowledge transfer processes are followed and documented.
- Maintain and enhance Flutter-wide documentation to ensure continuity and ease of access to institutional knowledge.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on development progress and performance, providing clear visibility to Director of Digital Services and Partner Channel.
- Prepare executive slides and dashboards for leadership showcasing Flutter team KPIs, progress updates, and performance trends.
- Support the Director of Digital Services and Partner Channels in tracking and analyzing KPIs related to team output and delivery effectiveness.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as the central communication point across Customer Flutter team members, ensuring alignment and transparency on priorities.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
