About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Producer with a strong background in business radio to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for curating engaging topics, inviting top-quality guests, and ensuring smooth, high-quality content delivery for our daily live shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant topics and industry experts for each program (minimum of 2 guests per episode).
- Invite and coordinate with guests for live on-air participation.
- Collaborate with show hosts to plan episode content and discussion flow.
- Cut and edit highlights from broadcasts for replays.
- Edit interviews for rebroadcast or online publishing.
- Compile 4 daily news digests from previously aired news segments, rearranging and editing stories as required.
- Support hosts with research and fact-checking.
- Maintain and expand a contact database of industry speakers, analysts, and thought leaders.

- Based in Dubai.
- Previous experience in business radio production or similar media background.
- Strong network and ability to source & invite guests on a daily basis.
- Proficiency in audio editing tools and newsroom software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts.
