Application Process:

Step 1 – Application Form

When you apply for the Gen-D Graduate Program, you’ll complete an application form so we can get to know you and your background. As part of your application, you’ll also answer pre-screening questions to fully complete your submission.

Step 2 – Online Assessment

If your background and experience match the requirements, you’ll be invited to the online assessment stage, which includes:

• Video Interview.
• Technical Online Assessments
  
  

Step 3 – Onsite Assessment Center

Top candidates will be invited to our Assessment Center, which includes group activities and interviews. This is your opportunity to collaborate & problem-solve.

We’re looking for a Finance Graduate to join our Gen-D Program and gain hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial data analysis. If you have a background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you!
