Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various projects, from conceptual design to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timeline, quality, and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop design briefs, research, and implement innovative solutions that push boundaries and elevate user experiences.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
• Review design proposals and deliverables to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with project objectives.
