What You’ll Do 🚀

  • Work closely with People Director to drive the people agenda across the EMEA regions, working closely with leadership to deliver impactful HR strategies.
  • Guide and support teams on daily People matters with sound advice and practical solutions.
  • Champion both global and local People processes, ensuring timely and professional execution.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding, development, and engagement, to retention and offboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Lead performance, recognition, and reward programs that fuel growth and business success.
  • Support organisational change, transformation, and career development frameworks.
  • Act as an advisor to business stakeholders, aligning people solutions with workforce needs.
  • Develop and implement local People initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with Group objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws while keeping global alignment wherever possible.
  • Champion company culture and values, driving engagement and change management.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, while streamlining processes and driving efficiency.

What You’ll Bring 💼✨

We’re looking for a people-first professional with the right mix of skills, drive, and mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 6+ years’ experience in an HR generalist or people-focused role, covering a wide range of HR functions.
  • Proven success in fast-moving environments—whether that’s tech, start-up, or a rapidly scaling business.
  • A strong track record in recruitment and the know-how to leverage local and international job boards.
  • Hands-on experience with employee relations, engagement, L&D, and talent acquisition.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE labour law (and exposure across EMEA regions is a plus!).
  • Confidence working with HRIS, databases, and management systems, plus strong MS Office and collaboration tool skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach—always ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact.
