				 We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist with fast typing skills and excellent accuracy to join our Onboarding & Accounts Services team. This role is critical to ensuring that all customer and account data is processed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
 - Enter and update customer and account data in systems with high speed and accuracy.
  - Review onboarding sheets and ensure data matches supporting documents.
  - Support the onboarding process by preparing and validating beneficiary information.
  - Handle account service requests such as amendments, updates, and corrections.
  - Coordinate with makers, checkers, and operations team to ensure data quality.
  - Flag discrepancies or missing information for further review.
  - Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company data.
  
Skills & Qualifications:
 - Fast typing skills with excellent accuracy (typing test may be required).
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
  - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
  - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  - Good communication and teamwork skills.
  - Previous experience in data entry, operations, or onboarding is a plus.
