British International School in Madinaty is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Home Room Teacher to join our vibrant educational community, delivering a high-quality british education to our young learners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the British Curriculum for students in the primary grades.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Evaluate and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning experience.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment where students feel safe and valued.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the broader school community to foster engagement and collaboration.
  • Participate in professional development programs and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
  • Support the social and emotional development of each student and encourage positive behavior and academic performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and sharing best practices.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • A valid teaching qualification for the British Curriculum is a must (e.g., QTS or PGCE).
  • Experience teaching in a primary classroom setting, preferably within an international or British school.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative practice.
