				British International School in Madinaty is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Home Room Teacher to join our vibrant educational community, delivering a high-quality british education to our young learners. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and a love for learning among students.
Key Responsibilities:
 - Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the British Curriculum for students in the primary grades.
  - Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  - Evaluate and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning experience.
  - Establish and maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment where students feel safe and valued.
  - Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the broader school community to foster engagement and collaboration.
  - Participate in professional development programs and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
  - Support the social and emotional development of each student and encourage positive behavior and academic performance.
  - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and sharing best practices.

				متطلبات الوظيفة
				 - Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  - A valid teaching qualification for the British Curriculum is a must (e.g., QTS or PGCE).
  - Experience teaching in a primary classroom setting, preferably within an international or British school.
  - Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
  - Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  - Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  - Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative practice.
