We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Test Automation Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure the highest quality standards for our products. You will work closely with development and product teams to identify testing needs, implement efficient test automation solutions, and ensure seamless integration and performance. Your expertise in test automation will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the existing automation setup and assess its quality and maintainability
• Refactor or rebuild the automation framework using best practices and scalable architecture
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and regression testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Collaborate closely with manual testers, developers, and product owners to define test strategies
• Mentor and support manual QA team members to contribute to automation
• Document the automation framework, tools, and processes for future contributors
