Job Summary: 

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior People Support to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and align strategies to achieve them.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Hiring of top talent.
  • Develop retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Conduct exit interviews, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

4. Performance and Development:

  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify training and development needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to address them.
  • Coach managers and employees to enhance leadership and professional capabilities.

5. Data and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

6. Project Management:

  • Lead or contribute to HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement initiatives that support EVA Pharma's strategic goals.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
