For the third year in a row, we’re opening the door for ambitious 2024–2025 graduates to join us for 6 months of real work, real growth, and real impact.

Starting September 2025, you’ll join one function across Dsquares departments and dive deep into real projects, real brands, and real results.

Application Process:

Step 1 – Application Form
When you apply for the Gen-D Graduate Program, you’ll complete an application form so we can get to know you and your background. As part of your application, you’ll also answer pre-screening questions to fully complete your submission.

Step 2 – Online Assessment
If your background and experience match the requirements, you’ll be invited to the online assessment stage, which includes a Video Interview

Step 3 – Technical Interview
After successfully completing the video interview, you’ll receive a phone call from HR to schedule a technical interview with the hiring manager.

Step 4 – Final Hiring Decision
Selected candidates will receive an offer to join Dsquares as part of the Gen-D Program.
