General Summary:
The Associate Director of Interfaces will oversee and manage all interface-related activities across the Qiddiya Projects, ensuring seamless coordination between multiple stakeholders, disciplines, and contractors. This role is critical to ensure the successful integration of design, construction, and operational elements of TBU within Qiddiya city. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interface management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an interface management strategy to ensure effective coordination between all project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
2. Identify, document, and resolve interface issues across design, construction, and operational phases.
3. Maintain a comprehensive interface register to track and manage all interface points.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for interface-related matters, facilitating communication between various project teams and external stakeholders.
5. Organize and lead interface workshops, meetings, and reviews to align all parties on project goals and deliverables.
6. Identify potential interface risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
7. Monitor and report on interface-related risks, issues, and progress to senior leadership.
8. Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure technical compatibility and alignment across all project components.
9. Provide expert guidance on interface requirements, standards, and best practices.
10. Prepare regular reports on interface management activities, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
11.Ensure all interface agreements and documentation are maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in interface and integration management, stakeholder leadership, community engagement or related fields, preferably in transport or large infrastructure projects.
Proven experience advising senior leaders while working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in the Middle East or GCC region.
Strong working knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory/government frameworks and Vision 2030 priorities.
