The Role
We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record to join our fast-paced, high-performance team. This is a crucial role where you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, for a diverse range of roles, including Sales, Customer Success, and technical positions. What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining sourcing strategies to onboarding new hires.
Global Sourcing: Proactively source, attract, and engage top-tier talent in the EU and US markets, leveraging various channels and building long-term talent pipelines.
Strategic Talent Matching: Recruit for a variety of roles across our core business areas, including B2B, AI, SaaS, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Tech roles.
Candidate Evaluation & Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and use a rigorous assessment process to evaluate candidates on both hard skills and culture fit. Your expertise in this area is a MUST.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, set realistic expectations, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate, continuously improving our hiring processes.
