Phygrid, an Ombori company, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join the team in Dubai, UAE.

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, post-sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, building stronger relationships and helping clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Working with the sales and delivery teams to ensure successful roll-outs
  • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation processes
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities and collaborate with sales team to close them
  • Providing data to the sales and delivery teams to inform future product development
  • Creating processes and a playbook to help team members and partners
  • Managing renewals and ensuring timely contract renewals

Are you the right fit?

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 6-8 years of experience in customer success or account management roles
  • Ability to interact with senior management in client organisations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects
  • Experience with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align them with business goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
