We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Administrator to join the team. The role is critical for maintaining accurate data, ensuring smooth sales operations, and supporting both management and agents with CRM-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage leads in the CRM system (assigning leads, tracking lead cycles).
- Ensure timely follow-ups with agents and efficient lead handling.
- Support agents with CRM-related queries.
- Generate and deliver lead performance and status reports for the CEO.
- Keep CRM data clean, updated, and accurately recorded.
- Manage and control documents within the CRM (upload, track, store securely).
- Coordinate with the AML team: collect and send deal-related documents, reply to AML queries.
- Ensure all AML documentation is properly organized and up to date in the CRM.
- Conduct quality control of calls and WhatsApp messages from brokers via the CRM.
