We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our Company. The ideal candidate will be passionate and with hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, content creation, and executing marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
· Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and captions aligned with the brand tone
· Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
· Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to align social media campaigns with broader brand and business goals
· Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all channels
· Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activity, particularly within the hospitality and F&B industry
· Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to promote new menu launches, seasonal events, and guest experiences
· Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for professional shoots.
· Support influencer and brand collaboration initiatives, including outreach, coordination, and post-campaign reporting
· Monitor guest feedback and sentiment across platforms, escalating relevant issues and insights to management
· Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and editorial identity
· Manage paid social advertising campaigns in collaboration to boost reach and engagement

Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media for hospitality brands
· Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluency in English OR Russian language is required
· Photo and video editing skills are a plus
· Experience in influencer collaboration and content partnerships is an advantage
