Overview:
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Assistant Manager - Entertainment Strategy. This role is critical in supporting the strategic initiatives that drive the development of our innovative entertainment offerings.
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Manager and Director of Entertainment Strategy to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects that contribute to Qiddiya’s vision of becoming a leading entertainment destination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Director of Entertainment Strategy in the execution of the overarching entertainment asset class strategies to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets' ambition, vision and objectives.
2. Contribute to the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financials targets.
3. Develop project documentation for distribution including, but not limited to; Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, various matrices, etc.
4. Collaborate with consultants and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations provided are in line with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives and business expectations.
5. Lead analysis and research on theme park benchmarks and/or strategic topics to support robust and sound decision making.
6. Provide input to initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and provide implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
7. Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and adequate presentation of design and other content related to entertainment assets.
8. Prepare presentations and other supporting material required for seeking relevant approvals; Qiddiya Approval Committees, Qiddiya Senior Management and Board of Directors.
9. Monitor key assets' KPIs covering development, business, financial and operational plans.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a strategic role within the entertainment, tourism, or leisure industry.
