·  Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.

·   Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).

·   Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.

·   Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.

·    Act as a focal point between internal departments for onboarding end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.

·   Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).

متطلبات الوظيفة

·       1-2 years of sales experience

·        Excellent written and spoken English

·        Excellent Communication Skills
