As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and organizing company documents and files. This includes ensuring the accuracy of documents, classifying them appropriately, and maintaining their accessibility. You will track revisions and approvals while ensuring compliance with company standards. In addition, you will support various teams by assisting with document retrieval and archiving processes.

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, records management, or a similar role is required. Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
