We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our inside sales department. In this leadership role, you will oversee the Inside Sales team, ensuring precision in documentation, prompt customer response, and strong alignment with sales targets. With an overview of all product ranges, you will aid in driving revenue growth by enhancing efficiency, ensuring adherence to processes, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Supervise inside sales personnel, conduct regular team meetings, and manage the distribution of workloads.
  • Enhance Quality: Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all inquiries and quote processes.
  • Improve Performance: Track quote-to-order conversion rates, call activity, and lead progress, holding the team accountable to performance targets.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Utilize data analytics to spot trends, optimize processes, and elevate team performance.
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders: Manage urgent or complex interactions with customers and suppliers that require your supervisory expertise.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising a sales team.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Epicor ERP and HubSpot CRM (or similar systems).
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and process management.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is advantageous.
  • Residing in or capable of commuting to JAFZA, a valid UAE driver’s license is a plus.
