Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of transforming the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an Assistant Manager - Operations Coordinator for our Film Studio division. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the management and coordination of operations within our state-of-the-art film studio, supporting various film projects and initiatives.
Your focus will be on ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration across departments, while managing schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth production processes. This position offers the opportunity to work within a creative and dynamic team, contributing to the emergence of Qiddiya as a leading destination for film production in the region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Film Studio, ensuring effective coordination between different departments involved in film production.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of studio resources, equipment, and personnel for various film projects.
- Manage communication between production teams, directors, and external vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
- Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices within the studio environment.
- Monitor studio activities and provide ongoing reports and insights on performance, resource utilization, and project progress.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for film projects, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to project budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that could enhance studio operations.
- Act as a liaison between the studio team and senior management, providing updates and addressing any operational challenges.
