Experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Capable of evaluating and consulting on project cost estimation and forecasting issues and problems.
Education: Alternative (I): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field. Alternative (II): Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in one or more areas of project cost estimation related expertise.
Years of Experience: Alternative (I): Eight (8) years Alternative (II): Twelve (12) years
