Sr. Mechanical & HVAC Estimation Engineer

This position is an urgent local hiring for the role of Sr. Mechanical & HVAC Estimation Engineer, reporting directly to the Tender Estimation Manager. The candidate will play a crucial role within an MEP Estimation team, focusing on estimating tenders and ensuring the commercial and contractual success of our projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, engaging with stakeholders, and issuing Requests for Information (RFIs) to address any ambiguities. Additionally, responsibilities entail preparing the scope of MEP work, visiting project sites, coordinating with suppliers for quotes, compiling Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and providing estimated costs in support of budgeting and planning during the conceptual design phase. The candidate will also ensure compliance with project specifications and identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize procurement strategies.
